Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
Support core ITSM modules including Incident, Change, and CMDB
Design and implement workflows, integrations, and reports
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Develop and maintain technical and process documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the platform
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development
Strong experience with ITSM modules and platform configuration
Proficiency with MS 365 Services and .Net technologies
Experience working in Agile environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Successful completion of a background check, including fingerprinting, is required
