CheckSum is a leading supplier of board test systems and part programming solutions, and they are seeking a skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage multiple ongoing projects, create technical drawings and plans using CAD software, and ensure that project requirements are met while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare production projects by reviewing CAD drawings and using TestSight Developer to create the project design for probe placement and fixture plate design
Communicate with customers to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
Work with cross-functional teams, domestic and international to ensure project success
Audit incoming project materials and documents
Identify potential opportunities for upselling our parallel test technology
Identify and resolve design issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documentation for ease of access and future reference

Required

5+ years of experience in Customer Service, electronics industry preferred
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
Must be a team player with strong project and people management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools, particularly Outlook and Excel
Strong organization skills and a high attention to detail
Basic knowledge of printed circuit boards and CAD helpful
