Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for our internal teams
Effectively and professionally communicate complicated IRS rules and regulations to both internal associates, external IRA clients, tax professionals, and attorneys
Maintain knowledge of Old National’s CD and IRA products, and familiarity with all IRA documents for Community Banking partners, and IRA clients
Ensure accuracy of IRA documents received, then post transactions and maintenance requests with minimal errors
Adjust priorities to ensure service level agreements and deadlines are achieved
Provide recommendations on operational initiatives and improvements
During peak IRA and Tax season (October – April) additional hours and responsibilities may be required
PTO blackout dates apply the week of the Tax Filing Deadline (typically April 15th), and the last week of the year. Additional blackout dates may apply, advance notice will be provided
Qualification
Required
High School Degree or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of experience; or Associate degree with 0 to 2 years of experience
Ability to understand and communicate complicated information effectively
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment and with other areas
Preferred
Trust and/or Estate experience, a plus
