Partnership Development Representative

My Hot Lunchbox is a small and growing service and software company that helps schools across the country offer daily lunch to their students and staff. The Partnership Development Representative will play a critical role in recruiting new restaurant partners and building relationships that align with the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

Identify & Engage new vendors and schools who align with our organizational standards
Build relationships with potential vendors that foster loyalty and growth
Negotiate Terms to optimize cost, quality, and commitment to our service goals
Collaborate across departments to create impactful outreach and onboarding initiatives
Strategize & Adapt based on market trends, ensuring our partnerships stay competitive and beneficial
Build & Manage a dynamic database of potential relationships, capturing critical details on offerings, pricing, and terms to drive strategic partnerships and informed decisions
Drive Success by setting and achieving production targets that align with our growth objectives, ensuring consistent performance and impactful results
Streamline Onboarding in collaboration with the vendor relationship team, ensuring a smooth transition for new vendors and providing continuous support to foster strong, lasting partnerships

Preferred

Restaurant background preferred but not required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
