This role involves supporting the development of visually compelling sales and partnership materials to drive new business and strengthen existing relationships.

Responsibilities
Support development of high-quality PowerPoint presentations communicating partnership concepts, strategies, and recaps
Create and maintain branded sales materials, templates, and one-pagers
Translate strategic ideas into visually engaging layouts aligned with brand guidelines
Collaborate to refine presentation flow, visual hierarchy, and storytelling
Design and produce assets for proposals, activation mockups, and recaps
Assist in creative concepting for campaigns, giveaways, and internal presentations
Maintain partnership creative asset and template libraries
Support strategic initiatives such as B2B Alliance, AD360, and P15 Studios
Research industry trends to inform new partnership ideas and storytelling
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
3-5 years of experience in creative marketing, visual communications, or presentation design
Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time
This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
S-Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person
Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
Preferred
Experience in sports, entertainment, media, or agency environments preferred
