The role involves collaboration with EPC and facilities personnel, managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining project schedules to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
Develop detailed facilities project plans and schedules in collaboration with project managers and operations teams
Supervise all on-site facilities Opex construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and resolving any on-site issues
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with building codes
Monitor and manage project schedule, adjusting for delays and ensuring timely completion
Oversee resource management, including labor, equipment, and materials to ensure cost-effective operations
Communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project coordination
Maintain documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders, to track project status
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a project manager managing capital or Operations projects or impactful maintenance tasks
Discipline knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scopes
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions and make informed decisions under pressure
In-depth knowledge of construction safety protocols and ability to enforce OSHA and state regulations on-site
Expertise in managing project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with construction quality standards, codes, and local regulations
