Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting in QuickBooks, including AP/AR as well as prepare financial statements, budgets, variance analyses, and cash-flow forecasts while ensuring GAAP compliance
Maintain internal controls, support audits, and oversee treasury functions such as banking and credit card management
Manage project accounting activities, including tracking budgets and ensuring accurate cost allocation for each project
Present meaningful financial reports to company ownership to show actual vs budget of operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of experience with transactional accounting
Solid understanding of internal controls and multi-jurisdictional reporting is a plus
A collaborative mindset and appreciation for a people-first, customer-focused culture
Desire to grow and continue to build out processes to allow for growth
