Office Manager (Auto Body/Repair Shop)
Confidential is seeking an experienced Auto Body Shop Office Manager to oversee all front office and administrative operations in a high-volume auto collision repair environment. This role requires strong insurance knowledge and excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple customers, claims, and repair files simultaneously.

Responsibilities
File and manage insurance claims from intake through final billing
Communicate and negotiate repair charges and supplements with insurance adjusters
Coordinate with insurance companies regarding approvals, documentation, and payments
Prepare and process invoices, estimates, and repair documentation
Manage a high volume of customer files, vehicles, and insurance claims
Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and incoming/outgoing payments
Track expenses and maintain accurate financial and repair records
Coordinate with shop staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely repairs
Provide oversight and support to front office operations
Qualification
Required
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to manage multiple customers, vehicles, and claims simultaneously
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Required: experience with insurance and filing claims
Preferred
experience with CCC (Collision Claim software)
Prior experience in an auto body or collision repair office
