Responsibilities

Lead the development of the brand’s core storytelling strategy and narrative voice
Translate functional health concepts and product benefits into accessible, engaging messaging
Shape creative direction for campaigns, launches, educational content, and brand initiatives
Partner closely with marketing, product, leadership, and science-adjacent teams to align messaging
Support storytelling for B2C, B2B, and commercial audiences, including sales and partnership contexts
Ensure consistency and clarity across channels while adapting stories for different audiences
Refine messaging over time using insights, feedback, and performance data

Required

Strategic thinkers who can guide creative work while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Must be local to USA
Must be able to work Pacific Time hours

Preferred

Experience working across both consumer-facing and business-facing storytelling
Licensing experience is a plus
