Global Trade Analyst – Remote
Radiant Systems Inc is seeking a Global Trade Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract to assist with the efficient and economical movement of goods across international borders. The role involves administering import/export processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing global trade data.

Responsibilities
Administer import/export processes, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining essential documentation such as customs declarations, commercial invoices, and bill of lading (BOL)
Serve as a liaison for international customers and departments like distribution, procurement, and regulatory compliance functions
Ensure the accuracy of product information in compliance with global trade regulations
Support Global Trade Data Attributes determination, particularly for products sold to the US Government under the Trade Agreements Act
Manage the quality and accuracy of global trade data in internal repositories and associated systems
Proactively identify and implement improvements to processes, forms, and data quality within the global trade program
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree in business or related field
1+ years of experience in international trade, import/export, or related areas (preferably in medical devices or FDA regulations)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with customs requirements, trade compliance, and global trade data management
Preferred
Customs entry writer experience is a plus
