Support the Oracle HCM Compensation module implementation for Client including conducting requirements identification, design, configuration, testing, resolving defects, directly supporting and conducting Knowledge Transfer with the client
Work with parallel modules (HR, Recruiting, T&L) as needed to coordinate setup, testing and deployment
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of compensation principles / concepts
Solid experience configuring Oracle HCM Compensation module
Strong client-facing skills
