The Associate Field Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing the Cleveland, OH area, providing solutions to complex system problems, performing system maintenance, and communicating with customers about project statuses and details.

Responsibilities
Provide solutions to increasingly complex system problems and lead others on how to resolve problems
Perform system maintenance on field controllers, servers and workstations and field hardware
Communicate issues and recommend system enhancements, upgrades, and/or repairs
Review and provide feedback of equipment to include scheduling and/or modifications needed
Implement time management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate and document the status and details of the project with the customer
Provide site-specific training to owners/operators on the upgrades/service
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs
Valid and current Driver's License and can be insurable by the company's insurance
Preferred
Associate degree or Technical School Degree in HVAC, Building Automation, or related field
Experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls, or related field. Able to download and troubleshoot basic HVAC or building automation system logic
Working knowledge of TCP/IP networks including wireless technologies
Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
Experience in navigating and integrating into a variety of building automation systems
Able to read and understand Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical blueprints
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
