Responsibilities
Develop new training curriculum and enhance existing learning programs for our Automotive clients' contact center advisors
Translate business rules, processes, and SME insights into engaging learning content
Support instructional design using tools such as Articulate 360/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, and LMS platforms
Deliver curriculum to supplier training teams for deployment
Conduct peer reviews and module reviews to elevate learning quality
Work closely with SMEs and cross-functional teams to understand processes and incorporate feedback
Build strong working relationships with partners and training stakeholders
Participate in recurring team meetings, collaborating in a 'fast-moving' environment
Recommend enhancements to existing curriculum to improve learning outcomes
Introduce fresh perspectives, new instructional strategies, and creative learning formats
Assess learning satisfaction survey results to identify improvement opportunities
Speed-to-efficiency improvements for learners
Positive peer and module review outcomes
Strong learning satisfaction scores
Effective collaboration and stakeholder partnership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Instructional Design strongly preferred; open to other degrees)
Demonstrated experience in e-learning development
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts clearly
Proficiency with instructional design tools: Articulate 360/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, and LMS systems
Preferred
Contact center or customer experience background
Automotive industry experience (not required but helpful)
Technical expertise in developing training for complex or rapidly evolving environments
