Manage a variety of complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct legal research, depositions, and court appearances
Work closely with clients to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice
Engage in business development efforts to grow the firm’s client base
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New Jersey Bar
Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Preferred
2+ years of litigation experience preferred
