Responsibilities

Qualify incoming leads (authors) to ensure they are the right fit for our services
Connect qualified authors directly with a Publishing Consultant to progress the sales opportunity
Identify new sales opportunities
Nurture leads and build client relationships
Facilitate the sales process
Answer all inbound calls
Respond to contact forms through outbound calls/emails/texts
Schedule consultations
Collaborate with the sales team to create a smooth author experience

Required

Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred
