Responsibilities
Manage assigned personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Draft and review pleadings, motions, demands, and settlement documents
Conduct legal analysis and provide strategic recommendations
Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
Oversee case progression, track deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up
Support negotiation efforts and contribute to settlement strategy as needed
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license in good standing (required)
Experience in personal injury litigation or pre‑litigation case management
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Los Angeles area candidates preferred, though not required
