Assist with month end closing activities
Process vendor invoices and prepare vendor payments
Clear payments received from the customer
Correspond with customers on aged items
Maintain Fixed Assets files
Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations
Assist in budget preparation where needed
Assist in audits as required
Assist with office, customer service as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
Basic Knowledge of US GAAP
MS Office Proficiency including charts, graphs, pivot tables, etc
Good report writing and verbal communications skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Able to work individually or with a team
Able to work under pressure
