Specialty Tax Internship
Boulay is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join their Tax Department as a Specialty Tax Intern within their Estate and Trust and Private Client Services teams. This internship provides an opportunity to work on fiduciary income tax returns, gift tax returns, and individual tax returns for high-net-worth clients, while also engaging in tax planning and research.
Accounting
Responsibilities
Various types of Fiduciary Income Tax returns
Gift Tax returns
Preparation of individual tax return for high-net-worth clients
Tax planning and research
Special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Working towards a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting and/or 150 credit hours
Minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid track record of academic achievements
Completion of intermediate accounting course(s)
Completion of some Tax and/or Audit course(s) by time of internship
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Exemplary communication and organizational skills
Strong desire to learn and develop professionally
Motivated to serve clients
Desire to be a team player
