Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Partner Managers, fostering ownership, accountability, and strong agency advocacy
Set and drive goals related to agency activation, adoption, retention, and growth
Ensure agencies are effectively onboarded, trained, and activated through scalable enablement strategies
Partner with your team to deliver business reviews, training programs, and engagement initiatives that drive deeper platform adoption
Serve as a senior point of contact for agency escalations, resolving issues quickly and maintaining strong relationships
Build trusted relationships with senior agency stakeholders and provide strategic guidance
Represent the agency perspective internally by sharing insights to influence product, marketing, and enablement efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally and use reporting to monitor agency health, performance trends, and team effectiveness

Required

5–7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or agency partnerships within AdTech, SaaS, CTV, or MarTech
2–3 years of experience managing or mentoring customer-facing teams
Strong understanding of performance marketing channels, particularly CTV, programmatic, and digital advertising
Track record of enabling teams that drive measurable adoption, retention, and growth
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and agency executives
Experience with Salesforce, analytics platforms, or customer health monitoring tools
Highly organized, data-driven, and solutions-oriented, with a passion for developing people and building strong partnerships
