Organizational Change Management -OCM Specialist
eStaff LLC is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist for an on-site position in Austin. This role will be instrumental in ensuring personnel transformation achieves its full potential by focusing on the people side of change, supporting, training, and equipping employees to adopt new processes and ways of working.
Responsibilities
Proven experience in organizational change management, preferably supporting organizational transformations or initiatives
Strong understanding of management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, or similar frameworks)
Demonstrated ability to develop, present, and execute comprehensive management plans
Excellent training and facilitation skills with experience developing and delivering user training programs
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing at all organizational levels with clarity and confidence
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Experience conducting stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness evaluations
Facilitate workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions to address concerns and gather input
Excellent training and facilitation skills with experience preparing end users for new systems
Qualification
Required
