Responsibilities
Support project governance and budgeting processes
Support PMO leadership in resource planning, onboarding, and other administrative tasks as assigned
Develop and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations for portfolio and project meetings and leadership updates
Create and manage Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards for IT initiatives and monthly leadership updates
Maintain repository of PMO COE tools and templates
Support continuous improvement of COE materials
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors for PMO-related activities
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Assist in preparing executive-level presentations
Organizing project meetings
Updating portfolio dashboards
Ensuring smooth communication and execution across teams
Support project governance and budgeting processes
Support PMO leadership in resource planning, onboarding, and other administrative tasks as assigned
Develop and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations for portfolio and project meetings and leadership updates
Create and manage Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards for IT initiatives and monthly leadership updates

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project)
