Human Resources Associate
JKB Advisors is a large financial services firm seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role involves hands-on experience in payroll, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, audits, vendor management, and general HR support.

Provide hands-on experience across payroll, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, audits, vendor management, and general HR support
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Discretion in handling confidential information
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience or skills will be considered
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems preferred
