Qualification
Required
Earned doctorate degree
Minimum of five years of progressive higher education experience with increasing responsibility
Significant leadership experience in student development or a related college administrative area
Proven leadership in higher education
Strong background in strategic enrollment planning
Experience in financial aid
Experience in advancing student success initiatives
Experience with crisis management
Experience with student conduct
Experience with Title IX compliance
Experience with data-driven decision-making
Experience with student assessment
Excellent organizational skills
Collegial management style
Willingness to be part of a collaborative team
