Responsibilities
Coordinate identity and access management activities, including creation and validation of system accounts
Support lab system rollouts by configuring security access and assisting with instrument setup and qualification
Ensure systems are patched, validated, and compliant with IT and QA standards
Manage IT tickets for laboratory and production systems, including triage, troubleshooting, and resolution
Provision and deactivate user access while maintaining compliance with access control policies
Perform periodic and annual access reviews and support audit readiness activities
Maintain laboratory system endpoints, develop knowledge articles, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline
Hands-on experience supporting laboratory system rollouts, including account security setup and instrument setup/qualification
Strong background in IT ticket management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Experience with user access provisioning, deactivation, and access control compliance (segregation of duties)
Experience executing periodic and annual access reviews in coordination with QA and system owners
Exposure to validated/GxP-regulated laboratory or production systems
