Responsibilities

Executing regional and global customer strategies and implementing plans to facilitate sustainable growth in the Resin Producers customer base which consists primarily of polyolefin producers
Managing customer interfaces and cultivating strategic level relationships for regional and global Resin Producers customer accounts in addition to sales and profitability development and customer relationships
Utilizing key tools including but not limited to Salesforce, SAP, APO forecasting, and CPQ to assist with internal and external decision making
Leveraging your strong internal and external relationships across other regions (including AP, EMEA) ensuring a cohesive strategy for communicating amongst global key accounts in a matrixed organization
Coordinated monthly contributions based on customer input and market knowledge to curate operational and financial forecasts
Monitoring market conditions, competitive activities, general economic conditions, and governmental, legislative, and regulatory matters to support key business decisions and to determine key technical and business needs
Ensuring a strong pricing strategy in alignment with market conditions, working in partnership with Product Management to execute this pricing strategy

Required

Have a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business or related field
Have 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management working with diverse customer relationships
Have key account management experience
Possess experience using Salesforce
