Responsibilities
Ensure invoices for contracts, grants and miscellaneous services provided are prepared in accordance with contract terms
Support the monthly close process and Agency’s audit functions
Perform account reconciliations
Drive process improvement and other department related projects
Create training materials and facilitate training on invoice creation, use of accounting software etc
Qualification
Required
Three years of general accounting experience, skills and/or education, with strong emphasis in accounts receivable and billing
Experience working with accounting software
