Responsibilities
Maintain accurate general ledger records by preparing journal entries, adjustments, and account reconciliations
Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and customer billings while ensuring timely payments and collections
Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify alignment between bank statements, income, and expense records
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation and provide supporting documentation for review
Support payroll processing and assist with compliance related to tax and labor requirements
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of bookkeeping, staff accounting, or transactional accounting experience in a corporate or small business environment
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar ERP/accounting systems
Strong reconciliation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
Understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
Payroll support experience
Basic financial reporting knowledge
Detail-oriented and organized professional
Strong data entry accuracy
Time management skills
Ability to handle routine accounting tasks in a fast-paced, in-office environment
