1+ years expOregon State Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Card Services Representative II to join our Card Services team. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of card-related tasks including fraud and dispute processing, ATM settlement, and card exception handling.

Responsibilities
Handle a variety of card-related tasks including fraud and dispute processing, ATM settlement, and card exception handling
Ensure accurate transactions, support audits, and deliver exceptional service to members and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Experience with debit and credit card processing, dispute resolution, and fraud investigation
Familiarity with ATM operations, card settlement, and clearing processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), 10-key calculator, and card processing software (Corelation Keystone preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to research and resolve complex card transaction issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with internal teams, members, and vendors
Commitment to providing unsurpassed service and maintaining confidentiality
High school diploma or GED required
Completion of Card Fundamentals and Card Operations education classes within six months of hire
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in the US and pass a background screening to the satisfaction of Oregon State Credit Union
Preferred
One year of accounting coursework or equivalent work experience preferred
