Responsibilities

Own complex test development from concept to release: DfT, acceptance criteria, instrumentation strategy, calibration, and qualification; lead integration/bring-up across module/system
Build data + AI into the process: design robust data capture (structured logs/metadata), dashboards, and first-line ML models (e.g., anomaly/fault pattern detection) to improve yield/quality and accelerate FA
Pilot LLM-assisted tools (search over specs/test logs, guided triage, autogenerated test steps) and create adoption guidelines/guardrails
Set and enforce standards for fixtures, SW templates, code quality, and documentation; mentor junior engineers
Collaborate closely with Project Technical Leads to align technical strategies, resolve cross-functional challenges, and ensure project milestones are met
Lead cross-functional execution with Design, SW/HW, Pilot, Operations, Supplier Quality, and Program Management; present readiness/risks at gates

Required

B.S. in Engineering (Electrical Engineering/Engineering Technology or related disciplines)
8+ years in Process/Test/NPI (ATE or adjacent). Strong track record delivering test processes into Pilot/HVM
Deep hands-on with instrumentation (oscilloscopes/DMMs)
Strong automation and data skills a plus (Python/Perl; C#/VB.NET; SQL; SPC/CPK; yield analytics)
Demonstrated leadership: drives cross-functional closure on FA/RCCA, risk burn-down, and transfer to HVM
Experience collaborating with Project Technical Leads or similar technical leadership roles
Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed (10–20%)

Preferred

Experience shaping data schemas/logging standards for automated tests; building operator-friendly dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for near-real-time detection
System-level integration across multiple instrument domains (Digital/AC/Systems) and across product lines
