Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate all aspects of the hiring process, including screening, selection, offer presentation/negotiation, and preliminary onboarding
Conduct phone screens, leader-based assessments, and physical evaluations, ensuring candidates meet role requirements
Provide guidance and handholding to managers throughout the recruitment process, requesting and incorporating feedback on candidates
Ensure all processes are accurately documented and conducted in a defensible, values-based manner
Collaborate with HR peers and hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are clear and positions are aligned with business needs
Identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices with the team
Support a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Participate in or lead projects to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
3+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of screening techniques and applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred
Confident interacting with managers and strong attention to detail
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, networking, and consultation skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
High integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Preferred
Experience in providing a positive candidate experience
