Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of Windchill PLM solutions tailored to client requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle
Define system architecture, integration strategies, and data migration plans
Customize and configure Windchill modules including PDMLink, MPMLink, and ProjectLink
Ensure system scalability, performance, and security
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Windchill
Provide mentorship and support to development and implementation teams
Document architecture, configurations, and best practices

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in PLM systems with at least 5 years in Windchill architecture and implementation
Strong knowledge of Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink)
Experience with Windchill customization using Java, JSP, Info*Engine, and Windchill APIs
Familiarity with CAD integrations (Creo, AutoCAD, etc.)
Experience with system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

PTC certifications in Windchill or related technologies
Experience with Agile methodologies
Knowledge of cloud-based PLM deployments
