Responsibilities

Generating leads and setting up commercial accounts
Networking in the community and creating new job work for Technicians
Assisting Inside Sales, Technicians, and Admin to ensure that accounts are properly documented and created while staying in contact with customers to ensure a seamless process
Completing necessary inspections for appointments, including attics, crawl spaces, and roofs
Making treatment recommendations
Providing professional and expert advice to address customer's pest concerns
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
Generating leads from advertising and passive referrals in addition to developing new clients within the sales territory
Attending company-provided sales courses designed to improve skills
Being responsible for timely and accurate reporting, including sales calls made, proposals submitted, and disposition of prospects
Providing timely and accurate information and paperwork to the appropriate service center for rendering services sold
Operating and maintaining an assigned vehicle in accordance with all motor vehicle laws, company policies, and manufacturer's recommendations

Required

Excellent customer service skills

Legal eligibility to work in the U.S

Preferred

Bilingual ability in English and Spanish
Comfort with learning and using new technology & software/apps (PestPac experience preferred)
