Responsibilities
Design and develop high-performance distributed systems
Build and secure APIs and data pipelines
Write idiomatic Go code and participate in architectural decisions
Work on networking-intensive and security-sensitive components
Develop mobile and web applications using Flutter and Dart
Build secure API clients
Define UI/UX workflows and maintain applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Share knowledge and mentor peers
Participate in on-call support as required
Qualification
Required
10+ years professional software engineering experience
Advance level of English & Italian (written & verbal)
Strong experience with Go, Flutter, and Dart
Solid foundation in algorithms and software design
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Go concurrency, networking, and idiomatic style
Deep understanding of TCP/IP, NAT, OSI, HTTP/2
REST API design, OpenAPI, API security
OS internals and system-level programming
