Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, Surface Pros, printers, phones, and peripherals

Install, configure, and upgrade software, applications, and operating systems

Diagnose and resolve issues with Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, LogMeIn, encryption tools, and more

Manage system and network documentation, testing, and administration

Identify vulnerabilities, improve efficiency, and support business‐critical IT tasks

Train employees on hardware/software use and provide responsive technical support

Serve as the in‐house expert for Windows environments and widely used applications

Qualification

Troubleshooting skillsActive DirectorySoftware installationBasic networkingOffice 365

Required

Strong troubleshooting skills across end‐user devices and peripherals

Experience in an Active Directory domain environment

Proficiency with software installation, configuration, and issue resolution

Basic networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot via command line
