Responsibilities

Establish and maintain GitLab repositories for version control, code collaboration, and tracking changes to scripts, documentation, and system configurations

Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) in GitLab, ensuring only authorized personnel can access and manage repositories

Required

Strong capabilities administering, maintaining, and optimizing GitLab for version control, repository management, and secure DevSecOps workflows

US citizenship, along with the ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in GitLab administration

Demonstrated experience in managing Git repositories, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure DevOps integration

Demonstrated experience with access control policies, automated testing frameworks, and software configuration management

Strong troubleshooting and automation skills to support software development teams

Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks

Preferred

GitLab Certified Associate or Certified Kubernetes Administrator

Portuguese or Spanish language skills

Experience with government IT programs and environments

Secret or TS/SCI clearance
