Overall Strategic Framework Design
Establish the company's medium- and long-term strategic framework and phased goal system
Clarify the core growth logic and key assumptions
Strategy Validation and Implementation
Ensure the strategy is not a 'grand narrative' but is broken down and actionable
Phased Strategic Breakdown and Prioritization
Break down the long-term strategy into clear, phased priorities
Drive key trade-offs given limited resources and defined time windows
Clearly define 'what not to do in this phase' to avoid strategic divergence
Business Model and Growth Path Validation
Participate in the design and adjustment of the core business model
Continuously refine direction through data, market feedback, and structural analysis
Identify early signals and correct potential strategic deviations in advance
Cross-Departmental Strategic Collaboration
Ensure that strategic objectives are correctly understood across operations, product, marketing, finance, and other departments
Prevent the strategy from remaining at the senior management level and failing to translate into organizational action
Ensure alignment between strategy and execution pace
Management Decision Support
Provide management with structured strategic analysis and decision-making recommendations
Provide clear judgments at critical junctures, rather than ambiguous options
Act as a 'check and balance' from a long-term perspective, preventing short-term decisions from eroding long-term value
Qualification
Required
Over 20 years of experience in strategy, general management, or business decision-making
Participation in at least one process of a company moving from 'exploring direction' to 'shaping the path.'
Ability to clearly explain which strategic judgments must be made in advance
Ability to clearly explain which strategic judgments can be modified during execution
Ability to drive decisions amidst disagreements, rather than pursuing superficial consensus
Ability to think alongside the founding team, rather than merely providing advice
