Responsibilities
Coordinate new equipment deployments across 100+ locations
Place and track equipment orders and deliveries
Maintain accurate asset records, serial numbers, and location assignments
Track deployment budgets and reconcile spending
Build and maintain Excel-based tracking and reporting tools
Work within systems such as ServiceNow to manage asset data
Partner with internal teams, vendors, and site administrators to ensure smooth rollouts
Identify opportunities to improve tracking and operational processes
Qualification
Required
Experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or operations support
Advanced Excel skills (tables, formulas, lookups, reporting)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience tracking orders, assets, or budgets
Professional communication skills and stakeholder coordination experience
Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow or asset management systems
Healthcare, veterinary, or medical environment exposure
Process improvement or system implementation experience
