Responsibilities
Design and layout files according to the provided project details
Follow agency supplied naming and filing conventions
Follow and hit deadlines – ask for one if you don’t have it
Provide all original status
Good Communication: daily project status updates, days/times you cannot be reached, ask questions, and be a good listener
Track your hours – we’ll provide an estimate of hours or a budget for each project. It’s your responsibility to stay within that
Prompt responses to project requests – If we haven’t heard from you within 48 hrs., we will be required to offer the project to another designer
Provide what type of creative assets are needed
Please communicate with us before publishing any projects you’ve worked on for us
Qualification
Required
Professionalism – Maintain a professional manner at all times, including appropriate attire, communication, and representation of professionalism in work produced
Attention to Detail – Ensure accuracy in all areas of responsibility
Reliability - Be responsible for your work habits, including prompt communications, meeting schedules, and deadlines
Honesty and Integrity - Gain the trust of clients and coworkers and strive to be ethical in all decisions
Confidentiality - Maintain in confidence any business knowledge, owned by either the client or agency gained as a result of employment
Proficient with Microsoft Teams
