Architect and develop scalable, maintainable web interfaces using React and modern best practices
Optimise web performance and SEO to ensure maximum speed and accessibility across all global markets
Evolve our design systems and component libraries to maintain visual consistency and development efficiency
Own the software lifecycle, from initial design and API integration to automated testing and deployment
Mentor and guide peers through code reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate the team’s collective technical bar
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical solutions
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in Frontend Development, with deep mastery of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React
Strong testing mindset, with hands-on experience in tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Testing Library
Architecture expertise, including a solid understanding of design patterns and integrating with microservices
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (C1 minimum) for global collaboration
Proven track record of building responsive, SEO-friendly applications that scale
Preferred
Experience with Astro, Tailwind CSS, or modern hydration strategies
Cloud provider certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure)
