Responsibilities
Serve as the primary architect for our bespoke ERP system, managing data integrity, database performance, and vendor integrations
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of SSRS and PowerBI development, from initial requirement gathering to development delegation and maintenance
Act as a strategic partner to Finance and Operations, identifying friction points in current workflows and designing automated, data-driven solutions
Develop, optimize, and maintain complex stored procedures, CTEs, and SSIS packages within a high-availability MSSQL environment
Lead preventive maintenance workflows, manage software updates, and ensure long-term stability of the database environment
Create comprehensive system documentation and lead training sessions to empower internal teams and improve data literacy across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or financial systems analysis
Advanced proficiency in SSMS, SSRS, and SSIS
Proven ability to design efficient, scalable data structures
Expert-level PowerBI (or similar) dashboard development
Strong ability to parse complex financial data and identify actionable trends
Exceptional ability to ‘bridge the gap' between technical IT requirements and non-technical business needs
