Responsibilities
Conduct paralegal-level work, focusing on case file organization and supporting the litigation workflow
Efficiently assist with document preparation and correspondence to ensure smooth legal transactions
Work within our case management system, Litify, to maintain up-to-date information and case progression
Provide detailed support in legal research and documentation drafting as required by attorneys
Synchronize with in-office staff to provide consistent support throughout all stages of case handling
Qualification
Required
3–5 years paralegal experience in a personal injury setting
Ability to work U.S. hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST)
Reliable access to necessary technology
Demonstrated success working independently in a remote, structured work setting
Understanding of U.S.-based legal systems
Demonstrated reliability and commitment to task execution and client service excellence
Preferred
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
Experience with Litify or similar case management systems
