Responsibilities
Build and customize apps and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for business insights
Support and troubleshoot legal and business systems (Aderant, iManage, Intapp, NetDocuments, etc.)
Integrate systems and manage data flows with APIs and SQL
Test new apps and upgrades, document processes, and train users
Monitor performance and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
6+ years in applications engineering, application support, or systems analyst roles
Strong hands-on SQL Server experience (ETL, reporting, data modeling)
Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
Preferred
Prior law firm or professional services experience
Familiarity with legal systems like Aderant, iManage, Intapp, NetDocuments
