Responsibilities
Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Databricks for ingestion, transformation, and loading of structured and unstructured data
Develop and maintain data lake architectures leveraging Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency in cloud environments
Implement data governance and security standards using Azure Purview, encryption, and role-based access control
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and automation
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices
Knowledge of data security and compliance (e.g., HIPAA, encryption, data masking)
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning in cloud environments
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
