Responsibilities
Aggregate, analyze, and interpret large-scale product, player, operational, and financial datasets to support strategic and operational decisions
Design, implement, and evolve KPI frameworks to measure performance and support recurring business and leadership reviews
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that enable teams to self-serve insights and track performance over time
Partner with stakeholders across product, operations, finance, and publishing to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches
Communicate findings, insights, and strategic recommendations clearly and confidently to senior leaders and decision-makers
Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate performance impact
Perform market and competitive research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform planning and prioritization
Support global and distributed teams, including localization partners, with regionally informed insights
Identify opportunities to improve analytics workflows, tooling, and efficiency, including automation and enablement initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, management consulting, or related quantitative fields
Experience designing and scaling KPI frameworks and experimentation systems in complex or matrixed organizations
Applied experience with advanced analytical and statistical techniques, such as significance testing, clustering, regression analysis, and related methods
Hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets
Proficiency with Databricks (required)
Strong working knowledge of SQL or Python (one is sufficient)
Experience building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau
Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting insights to leadership
Preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven analytics or automation for workflow optimization and enablement
Graduate degree in analytics, statistics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
Experience supporting global or distributed teams
Gaming or entertainment industry experience (nice to have, not required)
