Responsibilities
Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, debris removal, and moving equipment
Assist with setup and breakdown of work areas and materials
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
Operate basic hand and power tools safely
Conduct minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment
Respond to maintenance requests and report issues promptly
Support larger maintenance projects under supervision
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Report unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions
Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Work closely with other maintenance staff and facility personnel
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Provide support during emergency situations or facility disruptions
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in general labor, maintenance, or handyman roles
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
