Responsibilities
Keep track of project schedules and deliverables for projects which you are assigned, and follow-up with team members to maintain project schedule and communication
Maintain a high level of communication within each given project team and externally to the client. This includes written (project emails, meeting minutes, proposals) and verbal (documentation of conference calls) communication
Consistently work in cooperation with numerous individuals and project teams both in person and across the country by leveraging technology and project management tools for communication and coordination
Attend meetings for projects you have been assigned (internal and external) per the direction of the project manager
Capable of facilitating client meetings with support from NV5 Project Managers
Track permit requests for multiple projects across project lifespans
Help with processing permit requests, including submittal of permit packages to agencies
Obtains updates on permits and updates project tracker accordingly
Regularly disseminate information to team members on a timely basis
Track deliverables and advise appropriate team members of item status
Occasional travel to permitting offices in Southern California and attend NV5 meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field preferred
Project Coordinating experience within engineering and/or permitting preferred
Passion for project performance
Ability to track and complete project work under accelerated schedules
