Responsibilities
Translate client goals into dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting solutions
Support pre-sales scoping, implementation planning, and SOW development
Build and enhance custom operational and performance reports post-implementation
Collaborate with implementation engineers and product teams
Advise clients on KPI design, data best practices, and process optimization
Act as a subject matter expert on credit union operations and analytics trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5–7+ years in performance analytics, operations, or business analysis within a credit union, bank, or fintech
Strong experience defining and optimizing operational KPIs
Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
SQL, workflow automation, and cloud data experience
Lean or Six Sigma exposure
