Responsibilities

Actively engage in business development efforts, including client meetings and proposal
Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities beyond existing product launch targets
Own the creation and negotiation of Statements of Work and client agreements
Contribute to pricing strategy and support contract renewals and extensions
Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams on go-to-market plans, thought leadership, and event participation
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing patient services team, building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Set the strategic direction for patient service offerings across diverse therapeutic areas and client portfolios
Ensure team members have the tools, resources, and support needed to deliver exceptional results
Partner with senior leadership to identify new opportunities for innovation and service expansion
Oversee daily operations within the patient services function, ensuring seamless, high-quality delivery across all client engagements
Establish and enforce best practices and standardized processes for consistency and efficiency
Maintain and manage capacity planning and resource allocation across the team
Develop, monitor, and manage the patient services business unit budget
Optimize resource allocation to support scalable, cost-effective service delivery
Track financial performance and adjust strategies to meet budget targets

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field required
10+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading HUB and patient services programs
Demonstrated success as a business development professional with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and resource management
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical product and service offerings

Preferred

Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred
Experience in patient services consulting is a strong advantage
