Responsibilities

Act as the functional lead for the product team, providing clarity on priorities, scope, and outcomes

Own and drive product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with business and clinical goals

Partner with stakeholders, clinicians, and operational leaders to understand provider workflows and needs

Translate business and clinical requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Ensure product solutions align with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices

Lead product reviews, backlog refinement, and prioritization sessions

Measure product success through defined outcomes and continuous feedback

Required

Experience in a Product Lead, Product Manager, or similar role

Strong product lifecycle experience from discovery through delivery

Healthcare industry experience, preferably in a provider or clinical environment

Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
