They are seeking a Motion Designer to lead social media and conference motion graphics promotions, collaborating closely with design, GTM, and product teams to create engaging animations that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities
Develop a user-centric motion design system that scales to all products within our platform
Work closely with our design, GTM, and product teams to bring scripts to life
Partner with our design team to animate assets that can be embedded into the product experience
QA work to ensure designs and creative assets are polished, on brand, and ready for release
Help us execute efficiently to ship products that deliver value and impact for our customers
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience with Motion Graphics. You must be able to create videos of the quality that e.g. ElevenLabs regularly release. Your ability to create such videos should be evidenced by your previous work/portfolio
Ability to turn very technical products and features into highly engaging, intuitive, and professional motion graphics and animations
Ability to deal in an often ambiguous environment
Self-directed, solution-oriented, and ability to work autonomously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use motion to narrate user experience based on users' behaviors, needs, and emotions
Exceptional process thinker and problem solver
Demonstrates a strong foundation in basic animation principles, often related to physics and patterns
Master in After Effects and Figma
Low ego, collaborative, positive attitude, and open-minded
Creative thinking toward establishing and executing on the vision for team initiatives
Preferred
Experience working on branding, growth, social media, and promotional videos
Experience with other animations apps such as Rive and Lottie
Entrepreneurial experience (side projects/hustles, early stage startups, interesting or unusual hobbies)
Experience using AI products
